The Jogger

Here is a 55 word story I wrote for a creative writing class.  I had fun with it.

Each step fell hard on the concrete, shooting pain to both legs on her daily jog through the neighborhood.  Whistles and honks filled the warm air as he drove by her.  "Pig," she thought while continuing on.  She could not help but enjoy her daily jog, especially with the flattery.  He was not half bad.

The Visit, The Theft

I will never be able to get it back. It was stripped away from me today and I still feel the pain. I couldn't escape as I was pinned down. I could smell his stale breath as he leaned over me. He told me I would be okay, that it wouldn't hurt. He lied. I can't sleep with the pain; I can hardly eat. He gave me some pills "They will ease the pain." I walked away with something missing, a hole. I'm supposed to see him again next Friday and I don't know what to expect. My wisdom teeth are probably sitting in a dumpster now, and I'm sure he doesn't care.
